        Returns

          PDO strives to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our customers.  If you need to return your item(s) for any reason, please follow the
          steps outlined below to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.  Items returned to PDO without proper authorization will not be processed.

          You may return or exchange any new or unopened item purchased from PDOstore.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of delivery.  Shipping
          charges are non-refundable and non-reimbursable.  Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or are missing original packaging materials are
          subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund.  All
          returned items must contain all the original packaging.

          Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

          Defective product returns will be processed as quickly as possible.  The turn-around time varies for individual products, but typically is less than 5 business
          days from the date the return is received.  It is recommended that you ship the return with tracking information.  PDO is not responsible for any lost or
          damaged shipments.

          Return Instructions:

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Under 'My Account', click 'Completed Orders'.  Or, go to 'Manage Your Account' and click 'Completed Orders'.
    3. Your order details will appear. Click 'Return Item(s)' to the right of the order details.
    4. Please fill out the form, ensuring you specify the quantity of items to be returned as well as the Return Reason and requested Return Action (Repair, Replacement, Store Credit, Refund).
    5. Submit your request.
    6. After your request has been submitted, you will receive an email from PDO (usually within 48 hrs) authorizing your return.  Please do not return your items(s) until you receive authorization.  Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
    7. Once authorization has been received, please return your item(s) to the address below.  Please ensure your order number is included inside the package or on the shipping label. If you are receiving products back, please also include your desired shipping address.
    8. Upon receipt of your returned items, PDO will process the return (usually within 48 hrs).
