RETURN POLICY
Sporteer strives to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for our customers. If you need to return your item(s) for any reason, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items returned to Sporteer without proper authorization will not be processed.
You may return or exchange any new or unopened item purchased from Sporteer.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-reimbursable. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or are missing original packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund. All returned items must contain all the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
Defective product returns will be processed as quickly as possible. The turn-around time varies for individual products, but typically is less than 5 business days from the date the return is received. It is recommended that you ship the return with tracking information. Sporteer is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
Return Instructions:
- Send an email to: service@sporteer.com
- In the body of the email, please fill-in your: "Name" and "Order Number," and if you are expecting to receive product(s) back, please include your "Shipping Address"
- Once we receive and approve your return request, you will receive another email authorizing you to return the product(s)
- Only when authorization is given, mail your product back to the Return Address below. Please do not mail your product(s) back before receiving authorization as all products received without authorization will not be processed.
- Upon receipt of your returned product(s), Sporteer will process the return (usually within 48 hrs). Email notification will be sent with the results of the return.
